Brain Droppings

I write a lot.

Most of the time, it’s just for me—a quiet conversation with myself, a way to untangle the thoughts that need clarity or to clear space in my head.

But every so often, these musings evolve into something more—nuggets of wisdom or perspectives that help me navigate life with intention and diligence.

Writing has always been how I make sense of the world, capturing the fleeting insights that cross my mind.

These reflections guide me in making sound decisions, understanding the world around me, and staying in alignment with the man I strive to be every day. They’re markers of my journey, reminders of who I am and who I wish to become.

In homage to George Carlin, I’ve decided to call this collection of thoughts my “Brain Droppings.” The first email will be a glimpse of what’s to come.

If you’re curious to see the world through my lens, stay connected, or be “in the know” when I publish something new here or elsewhere, I invite you to join my email list. I’ll only share when I have something meaningful to say.

“You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backward. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something — your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. This approach has never let me down, and it has made all the difference in my life.”
