High Performance Founder
When I joined High Performance Founder as its first team member, the business had immense potential but lacked the systems and team structure to scale sustainably. Over two years, I laid the operational foundation that transformed it into a consistent seven-figure business with profit margins exceeding 50%.
It started with people. I hired and onboarded seven key team members across sales, marketing, customer success, and operations — focusing on those who aligned with the founder’s vision and were capable of delivering at a high level. Then, I built the operational backbone to support their success: implementing cross-functional communication systems, establishing clear responsibilities and workflows, and leading weekly sprint meetings that kept the team focused, accountable, and engaged.
We created a digital HQ in Notion that became the centralized source of truth — housing SOPs, meeting agendas, team directories, project trackers, and performance dashboards. I implemented automation systems using Zapier, Pipedrive, Calendly, and Slack to streamline the buyer journey from application to onboarding. We developed onboarding protocols, fulfillment workflows, a performance management process, and a repeatable rhythm that supported scale without burning out the team.
Our efforts extended beyond internal infrastructure. As we moved from a one-to-one coaching model into a scalable membership offer, I helped design the client journey and created a custom care package workflow in partnership with our fulfillment vendor. I also implemented new communication systems between support and fulfillment to improve client delivery.
Over time, I transitioned ownership of operations to an internal team member I hired and mentored. She went on to lead all project management, team communications, and day-to-day operations — a reflection of the strength and sustainability of the systems we built.
To this day, the company continues to use many of the tools, systems, and team practices we implemented during my tenure.

Clearly Trained
When I joined Clearly Trained, the company was at an inflection point.
They had the expertise. They had the demand. But they didn’t have the internal infrastructure to scale without burning out or breaking down.
That’s where I came in.
My mandate was to bring clarity to the chaos, streamline the work, and help the business scale with confidence. Within the first 30 days, I helped add $200,000 in revenue by optimizing internal operations and refining how projects were scoped, managed, and delivered.
One of my first major moves? Hiring a Director of Operations to lead the team and drive day-to-day execution. That single hire created leverage across the entire company and ensured continuity long after I was gone.
From there, I overhauled the project management system using Notion — replacing scattered workflows and buried to-dos with clean structures, transparent timelines, and clear ownership. The entire team began operating with more rhythm and less friction.
Beyond the systems, I served as an executive partner to the founder — a guide and a sounding board to navigate the complex transition from "doer" to "leader."
I helped him see the forest and the trees. To pull himself out of the day-to-day without losing sight of what made the business special. To move from instinct to intention.
This role was more than operational support — it was transformation.
Though Clearly Trained ultimately closed its doors after 25 years in business, the systems, leadership, and structure we put in place helped the company operate with greater clarity and stability in its final chapter.
And the work left a lasting mark.
"After hundreds of hours working closely with Cam, it would be hard to describe our relationship any other way than life changing. If you're a fan of doing deep work, and truly understanding yourself — why you do what you do — and how to arrive at your own next step forward whether in business or personal life... having a guide and mentor like Cam, skilled in the art of communication (paired with patience and perspective) has meant more to me than I can express in a LinkedIn recommendation."

Dogslanding
Dogslanding was an exercise in precision — every detail mattered, and the margin for error was razor-thin. The founder had exceptionally high standards, which pushed me to refine and elevate every aspect of the business, from product positioning to ad performance and conversion optimization.
My role wasn’t just about keeping up — it was about bringing a level of execution that met and exceeded those standards. I took ownership of improving a content distribution system, including ad creative, refining website CRO, and designing an influencer UGC strategy that turned customer enthusiasm into a scalable acquisition engine. The work wasn’t always easy, but that was the appeal: to take something already excellent and make it even sharper, more effective, and more compelling.
I also recruited, onboarded, trained, and managed a Product Manager, Senior Media Buyer, CRO Specialist, Copywriters, Video Editors, and a Brand Manager. Each new hire was a strategic addition, infusing fresh talent and energy into the company.
When I started, Dogslanding had two main products. By the end of my contract, we were poised to launch the fourth product, marking a significant expansion in the company's market presence.
The most valuable lesson from this experience was that great marketing isn’t about making noise — it’s about clarity, alignment, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects the essence of the brand. That’s what we built at Dogslanding, and it’s a philosophy I carry into every project I take on.

SCG Agency
Joining SCG Agency was an opportunity to step into a fast-paced environment where high standards were the norm, and excellence wasn’t negotiable. My role wasn’t just to manage operations — it was to create the systems, frameworks, and team alignment that would drive sustainable growth and position the agency for long-term success.
One of the highlights of my time at SCG was hiring and mentoring key team members, including one team member, who joined despite living halfway across the world. Their dedication — waking up at 3 a.m. in Guam to attend meetings — was a testament to the culture we built: one where people felt valued, trusted, and committed to a shared vision.
To support this level of engagement, I designed operational frameworks using GoHighLevel, Notion, and an internal documentation strategy that streamlined communication, clarified priorities, and made accountability effortless. From refining workflows to improving project management systems, every decision was about enabling the team to work smarter and with more focus. This approach not only improved productivity but also created an environment where creativity and collaboration could thrive.
When PrimeIV merged with SCG, I was invited to play a key role in the agency’s next chapter — a reflection of the trust and value placed in my leadership. While I ultimately chose to pursue my own path, the systems I implemented and the team I built became key components of the agency’s success during and after the acquisition process.
This experience reinforced what I know to be true: that great outcomes are the result of great systems, clear communication, and a culture where people feel empowered to do their best work.

Spyglass Ops
Spyglass Ops was an opportunity to build something from the ground up — creating a sales and marketing system from scratch in an environment that required adaptability, strategic thinking, and a willingness to experiment.
The challenge wasn’t just about setting up systems; it was about aligning execution with vision. I designed and implemented frameworks to drive revenue growth, optimize lead generation, and establish clear pathways for customer acquisition. Specifically, launching a GTM strategy with two core service offerings — a recruiting offer, and a systems audit. But execution is only as strong as the foundation it’s built on, and despite best efforts, the company struggled to bridge the gap between ambition and operational consistency.
Not every project ends in the success you envision, but every experience offers something valuable. At Spyglass Ops, I saw firsthand how critical alignment is — not just between systems and strategy, but between leadership, execution, and long-term viability. Even in an uphill battle, the frameworks I created had the potential to drive results with the right consistency behind them. That lesson sharpened my ability to spot what makes growth sustainable — and what makes it fragile.
